1. Definitions

• Company ("We", "Us", or "Our"): Refers to Hahuads, the parent entity operating HahuExpress, headquartered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
• Platform / Website: Refers to HahuExpress.com and all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, and digital services.
• Service: Refers to the online multi-vendor marketplace and all related services provided by HahuExpress.
• User ("You"): Refers to any individual or entity accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or selling on the Platform.
• Vendor ("Seller"): Refers to any independent third-party merchant offering products or services for sale on the Platform.

2. Marketplace Role

HahuExpress operates strictly as an online multi-vendor marketplace platform connecting buyers with independent third-party vendors.

• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, HahuExpress does not own, manufacture, store, or directly sell the products listed on the Website.
• All sales contracts and commercial transactions are strictly bipartite agreements entered into directly between buyers and independent Vendors.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the exclusive property of Hahuads, its licensors, or its content suppliers, and is protected by Ethiopian and international intellectual property laws.

• Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Platform.
• Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, modify, distribute, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Hahuads.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

By accessing or using HahuExpress, you warrant and agree that you will not:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations.
• Post, upload, or transmit false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content or product listings.
• Attempt to breach security, hack, introduce malware, disrupt, or interfere with the proper working of the Website.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Platform or extract data without our express written permission.

5. Advertising & Google AdSense Compliance

Our Platform utilizes third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense, to display advertisements to Users.

• Cookies & Tracking: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a User's prior visits to our Website or other websites on the internet.
• Prohibition of Invalid Traffic: You strictly agree not to engage in fraudulent advertising activities, including clicking on advertisements artificially, encouraging others to click ads, or using automated tools to generate fake impressions or clicks.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, HahuExpress disclaims all warranties and does not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of product listings or User-generated content.
• Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free availability of our Services.
• The creditworthiness, trustworthiness, or performance of any Vendor or Buyer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither HahuExpress nor Hahuads (including its directors, employees, or affiliates) shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to:

• Disputes, losses, or damages resulting from transactions conducted between Users and independent Vendors.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions, technical delays, software bugs, or unauthorized access to your transmissions.

9. Returns, Refunds & Dispute Resolution

• Vendor Policies: All return, exchange, and refund requests are governed directly by the individual Vendor's return policy as stated on their store or product page.
• Mediation: While HahuExpress may, at its sole discretion, facilitate communication and assist in mediating disputes between buyers and sellers, we are not legally obligated or liable for the actions, omissions, or refunds of independent Vendors.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform if we determine that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Acted in a manner that harms the reputation, security, or operations of HahuExpress, our Vendors, or other Users.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
